Zidane, a 21st Century Portrait, is a portrait on film of Zinedine Zidane, one of the greatest players in the history of soccer. In this film, the viewers are plunged into all facets of the universe, the psychology and the body of an athlete in action - an incomparable and breathtaking experience.

The film was shot using state of the art technology in real time with 17 synchronized cameras in Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid on April 23, 2005 during the Spanish Liga championship game between Real Madrid and VillaReal. Scottish post-rock band Mogwai provided the soundtrack to the film.

Distributed by Universal, and presented in the Official Selection at the Cannes Film Festival 2006, at the Toronto Film Festival 2006 and at the Sundance Festival 2007, and nominated at the Césars in 2007, the film Zidane, a 21st Century Portrait, enjoyed a world-wide, resounding critic and audience approval. The film was Internationally premiered at the Basel stadium during the world cup and Artbasel 2006.
